Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to work within The Ned Doha. If you have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate about delivering good customer service; then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on menu items.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating guests’ needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Handling guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Work Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role in luxury or lifestyle brand of hotel
- Familiarity with all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Ability to describe dishes accurately and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Awareness of daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
